What you need:

  • Clothes Peg
  • Acrylic paint (Color of Choice)
  • Paint Brushes
  • Felt (Color of Choice)
  • Mini Pompoms
  • Acetate (Could be from toy packages, subject divider, presentation cover)
  • Glue
  • Glitter
  • Pencil/Piece of Paper
  • Black felt tip pen

Step 1

Paint dresses, shoes, and hair onto clothes peg. Allow to dry.

Step 2

Cut out 6-7 small “leaves” from the felt. From the straight edge of the leaf, make small slit toward center of leaf.

Step 3

Use hot glue gun to attach small pompom to “head” and leaves to “waist” of peg. Pucker leaf to give a look of fullness.

Step 4

Draw a template for fairy wings.

Place acetate over template. Trace with glue. Sprinkle glitter over glue. Let dry

Step 5

Cut out wings and glue to the back of the clothes peg fairy.

Draw face onto clothes peg.
