Nobody likes an owie, including the furry friends in your life! You’re sure to put a smile on their animal faces by customizing your own fun animal bandages to help them get through their visit to the vet.

Nobody likes an owie, including the furry friends in your life! You’re sure to put a smile on their animal faces by customizing your own fun animal bandages to help them get through their visit to the vet.

What you need:

  • Felt (either white felt that you can color and decorate, or felt in a variety of colors and patterns. We chose patterns!)
  • Scissors
  • Stick on Velcro dots to fasten the bandages
  • Optional: Glue, markers and stickers to customize your bandages

Step 1

Pick out some fuzzy friends to treat at your homemade vet clinic!

We love the little doggy that arrived in our Vet Play Package!

Step 2

Cut strips of felt to match the lengths needed and measure around the arms, legs, tummy, etc. of the animals you will be caring for. Step 3: – Decorate and customize the bandages for your pets!

Who wouldn’t be cheered right up with these happy patterns?

Step 3

Add Velcro stickies to both ends of the bandages to fasten them around your little buddies.

Somebody hurt their tail. This bandage definitely made it all better!

You can utilize the box you are sent your play package in to make a vet table! Drape a kitchen towel or any piece of fabric over it or even paint it to look just like a real vet’s exam table.

After your pet gets their check-up and shot, bandage them up in your homemade band-aids to cheer them up!

I love this idea! Because of course bandages are the best part about playing doctor or vet (along with giving shots! lol!)
