What you will need:

  • Sandwich rounds
  • Cheese
  • Cucumber
  • Knife
  • Toothpick

Step 1

Cut semi-circle mask opening from one slice of sandwich round.

Step 2

Cut sandwich fixings into circles no larger than size of sandwich round.

Step 3

Layer sandwich fixings on bottom slice of sandwich round with cheese as top layer.

Step 4

Cut a thin slice of cucumber skin

Step 5

Cut circular eyes and rectangular eyebrows from cucumber skin slice.

Step 6

Add pupils to eyes by poking toothpick hole through cumcumber eye.

Step 7

Layer eye parts on cheese and add top slice of sandwich round.

Tips:
A circular cookie or sandwich cutter makes round cuts of cheese and/or meat super easy
I used inverted metal icing tips to cut eyes
A carrot peeler cuts thin slices of cucumber for eyes and eyebrows
