Fruit Rocket Ship: Recipe

Rocket-ships up! Blast off for fun!!

Time Until Ready: Under 1 Hour

Recommended Age: 3 to 8 years

Kids can help to design their rocket-ship. Have them draw and color the rocket-ship in accordance with the fruit they want on their rocket-ship.

What you need:

  • Fruit (your choice)
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Wooden Kabob skewers

Step 1

Peel and cut the fruit.

A triangle for the nose of the ship.

A trapezoid for the base.

the fruit in-between can be rectangular or square

Step 2

Push the “base” piece of fruit onto the skewer first.

Step 3

Continue to add fruit until you reach the nose of the rocket-ship.
